Submit Your Podcast & Win a New iPod Shuffle!

Here at UK Podcasts, we're in the process of re-launching this website with a new design and more up-to-date backend code.

As part of this, and for a number of dull reasons, we decided to junk our our old database of podcasts and start again from scratch.

Therefore, we need your help to build up our directory again!

As an added incentive, we are giving away 2x New iPod Shuffle 2GB (in a colour of the winners' choice) to two lucky winners. Anyone who submits a podcast to the directory and links back to UK Podcasts between now and the end of December 2009 will automatically be entered into the draw!

To be in with a chance of winning:

  1. Click here to add your podcast to our directory
  2. Fill in your details and choose a listing type of "reciprocal" (make sure you also specify where we can find our link)
  3. Add our link to your blog/website in the following format (link code is given on the page when adding your podcast):

Our software will automatically check the link to us is in place at least once per week. All eligable podcasts will be entered into a random draw at the start of January and two winners will be selected and contacted by e-mail.

The small print:

  • One entry into the draw per eligable podcast
  • An eligable podcast is one based in the UK or primarily with UK focused content, whose website conatins a link back to UK Podcasts in the format described above and has provided the correct URL for our software to find that link
  • The decision of the editors of UK Podcasts as to which podcasts are included in the directory (and therefore prize draw) are final
  • The link back to UK Podcasts must remain until the end of December to qualify for entry and will be checked automatically at least once per week
  • Two winners will be selected electronically at random
  • The prizes are 2x "New" 2GB Apple iPod Shuffle
  • Winners will be notified by email using the email address associated with the podcast
  • Winners must reply within 14 working days with their full name, delivery address and colour of iPod Shuffle required. Alternatively, winners may create an Amazon.co.uk wishlist with the prize on and we will purchase it for you from there, but you must send us a link to your wishlist within 14 working days.
  • Prizes can be sent to mainland UK addresses only
